What's Included

  • Accommodations for two guests at The Singular Patagonia.
  • Daily breakfast.
  • Three-course lunch and dinner, with two alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages per meal. Premium wines and spirits are excluded.
  • Two half-day excursions or one full-day excursion, on a shared basis, with bilingual guides (English and Spanish), selected from The Singular Patagonia Excursion Menu.
  • Shared round-trip transfers from Puerto Natales (PNT) or Punta Arenas (PUQ), with advance reservations and subject to package conditions.
  • One hydrotherapy session for two guests.
  • One 30-minute massage per person.
  • One complimentary night at The Singular Santiago in a Lastarria Room, including breakfast, to be used during the same trip under the same reservation.
  • Access to the Spa facilities, including the heated pool, sauna, and steam room.
  • Minibar with water and soft drinks.
  • Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public areas, with limited speeds.

Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

  • Rates exclude VAT. Under Article 12 of Chilean Decree Law 825, VAT exemption applies to nonresident international guests who pay in USD and present a valid passport and immigration documentation upon check-in.
  • Valid for stays from September 24, 2026, through May 4, 2027.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • The Singular Patagonia is a smoke-free property in all indoor areas and vehicles, in accordance with Chilean Law 20.660. Violations are subject to a USD 500 penalty per incident.

Package Conditions

  • The package includes accommodations, dining, excursions, and wellness experiences as specified above.
  • Included meals must be enjoyed at The Singular Restaurant or Bar during regular operating hours.
  • Excursions are selected from The Singular Patagonia Excursion Menu and arranged upon arrival.
  • All excursions are subject to weather conditions, availability, and operational requirements.
  • Shared transfers from Puerto Natales (PNT) or Punta Arenas (PUQ) require advance reservations and are subject to scheduled service times and conditions.
  • Includes one hydrotherapy session for two guests and one 30-minute massage per person, subject to advance reservations and availability.
  • Spa reservations must be arranged by emailing spapatagonia@thesingular.com.
  • Access to the heated pool, sauna, and steam room is included during Spa operating hours.
  • Additional massages and treatments are available at an extra charge, require advance reservations, and are subject to availability.
  • The complimentary night at The Singular Santiago includes accommodations in a Lastarria Room and breakfast, to be used during the same trip under the same reservation.
  • The complimentary night is subject to availability at the time of booking and is not valid during Peak Season.
  • Private transfers and excursions may be arranged separately, subject to availability and additional conditions.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
  • A 30% deposit is required within seven days of booking confirmation. Reservations will be canceled if payment is not received.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before arrival.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations or modifications made 30 days or more before arrival will incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations or modifications made between 29 and 15 days before arrival will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total stay.
  • Cancellations or modifications made within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay.
  • No-shows will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total stay.
  • Refunds are subject to a transaction fee of 3% for credit card payments or USD 25 for bank transfers.
  • The Singular Patagonia is not responsible for services missed due to third-party delays or cancellations or circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, or strikes.
