General Conditions

  • Package rates are based on double occupancy, quoted in Chilean pesos (CLP), and include VAT.
  • Available exclusively for Saturday-to-Sunday stays.
  • Subject to availability and limited allocation, with a maximum of 100 room nights.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • The Singular Santiago is a smoke-free property in all indoor areas, in accordance with Chilean Law 20.660. Violations are subject to a USD 500 penalty.
  • The hotel does not offer on-site parking.

Package Conditions

  • Includes one-night accommodations for two guests, with Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out.
  • Includes one brunch per person, served exclusively on Sunday at The Singular Rooftop Bar, from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • The package does not include regular breakfast.
  • Spa facility access includes the dry sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge with a water station, subject to advance reservations and operating hours.
  • Fitness center access is subct to the hotel's operating hours.
  • Massages and treatments are available at an additional charge, require advance reservations, and are subject to availability.
  • Spa reservations must be arranged by emailing spasantiago@thesingular.com.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
  • This is a prepaid package. Full payment is required no later than 10 days before arrival.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations or modifications made at least 48 hours before arrival will incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay.
  • No-shows will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's accommodation plus applicable taxes.
