Inspired by the region's pioneering history, this package offers a way to experience Patagonia through its landscapes, heritage, and traditions, with the flexibility to shape each day around your interests.

What's Included

  • Accommodations at The Singular Patagonia in a Singular Room or Singular Suite.
  • Daily breakfast.
  • À la carte lunch and dinner at The Singular Restaurant, Bar, or Asador, with advance reservations required for Asador. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are included, excluding premium wines and spirits.
  • Daily private excursions with bilingual guides (English and Spanish), selected from The Singular Patagonia Excursion Menu.
  • Private round-trip transfers from Puerto Natales Airport (PNT) for stays of one night or more, or Punta Arenas Airport (PUQ) for stays of three nights or more.
  • One 30-minute massage per person, per stay.
  • Special in-room amenities.
  • One complimentary night at The Singular Santiago in a Singular Room, to be used during the same trip.
  • Access to the Spa facilities, including the heated pool, sauna, and steam room.
  • Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public areas, with limited speeds.
  • New season dates to be confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

  • Rates are quoted per person, per package, in US dollars (USD).
  • Rates exclude VAT. Under Article 12 of Chilean Decree Law 825, VAT exemption applies only to nonresident international guests who pay in USD and present a valid passport and immigration documentation upon check-in.
  • Rates quoted in Chilean pesos (CLP) are subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of booking.
  • Subject to availability.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • The Singular Patagonia is a smoke-free property throughout its facilities and vehicles, in accordance with Chilean Law 20.660.

Package Conditions

  • Available in Singular Room and Singular Suite categories.
  • Included meals must be enjoyed at the hotel's dining venues during their respective operating hours.
  • Reservations for Asador must be arranged in advance by emailing anfitrionapat@thesingular.com.
  • Excursions are selected from The Singular Patagonia Excursion Menu and are subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • Grey River kayaking, fly fishing, and Puma & Wildlife Photosafari excursions are excluded.
  • The Fjord and Glacier Navigation excursion is provided on a shared basis.
  • Excursions are scheduled and confirmed during the stay, based on operating conditions and weather forecasts.
  • Includes one 30-minute massage per person, per package, subject to advance reservations and availability.
  • Massage reservations must be arranged by emailing spapatagonia@thesingular.com.
  • Access to the heated pool, sauna, and steam room is included during Spa operating hours.
  • Additional massages and treatments are available at an extra charge, require advance reservations, and are subject to availability.
  • Private transfers must be arranged in advance according to guests' arrival and departure schedules.
  • Transfer arrangements must be coordinated through traficopatagonia@thesingular.com.
  • The complimentary night at The Singular Santiago must be used during the same trip and is subject to availability and confirmation by Reservations.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • This is a prepaid package.
  • Full payment is required no later than 60 days before arrival.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations or modifications made at least 60 days before arrival may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty.
  • Cancellation conditions within 60 days of arrival must be confirmed before publication.
